Ordering & delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship across the European Union and the United Kingdom with a tracked courier. If you are outside these regions, email us and we will let you know whether we can help.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on all EU orders over €50. For smaller orders a flat tracked-shipping fee is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched within one working day. Most parcels arrive in two to four working days, depending on your country. You will receive tracking by email as soon as it ships.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched we email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.
Payments & security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported where available.
Is my payment secure?
All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor. Card details are encrypted with 256-bit SSL and never touch our servers.
Do your prices include VAT?
Prices shown include VAT where applicable. Any duties for orders outside the EU are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & care
What is your returns policy?
You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Contact ecomjjsupport@gmail.com and we will send simple return instructions.
My item arrived damaged — what now?
We are sorry! Email us within 14 days with a photo and your order number and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund straight away.
How do I care for my pieces?
Each product lists its care notes on the product page. As a rule: bamboo and wood prefer a wipe rather than a soak, and most stoneware and glass is dishwasher safe.
