These Terms govern your access to and use of the Larkwell Home website and the physical homeware products we sell through it. By placing an order you accept these Terms.
1. What we sell
Larkwell Home sells physical homeware — kitchen storage, home organisation, tableware, cleaning and decor products — shipped to customers across the European Union and the United Kingdom. Product images are illustrative; natural materials such as wood, bamboo and stoneware will vary slightly in grain, tone and finish.
2. Orders & pricing
A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable. We take care to price accurately, but if an obvious error is found we will contact you before dispatch and offer to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
3. Payment
All payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Limited or Stripe Payments UK Limited, both PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. Card details are encrypted and never touch our servers.
Card statements will show the charge under “LARKWELL HOME”. Please contact us before raising a chargeback if anything looks unfamiliar — we resolve most issues within one working day.
4. Shipping & delivery
We dispatch orders within one working day and ship with a tracked courier across the EU and UK. Most parcels arrive within two to four working days, though remote regions may take longer.
Delivery is free on orders over €50. For smaller orders a flat tracked-shipping fee is shown at checkout before payment. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we will investigate with the courier and replace or refund it.
5. Returns & refunds
You may return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. This is in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal under EU and UK consumer law. To start a return, email ecomjjsupport@gmail.com with your order number and we will send instructions.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
6. Warranty & faults
All goods are sold in line with your statutory rights: they must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact ecomjjsupport@gmail.com within a reasonable time and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
7. Intellectual property
All copy, photography, design and code on this website remain the intellectual property of Larkwell Home and may not be copied or reused without permission.
8. Liability
Our aggregate liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates apply to orders placed after the revised version is published.
